Resumen: En este trabajo nos ocuparemos de estudiar la macroeconomía argentina durante los dos primeros años de gobierno del presidente Mauricio Macri para conocer la implementacióny resultados del programa fiscal y monetario llevado a cabo por el equipo económico de Cambiemos. El objetivo es poder comprender cuáles fueron las inconsistencias más relevantes de un programa económico que, si bien tenía como objetivo corregir los grandes desequilibrios previos que dejó populismo macroeconómico, terminó precipitadamente en un programa de rescate internacional a tan sólo dos años y medio de haber comenzado.

Abstract: In this paper we will study the Argentina´s macroeconomic during the first two years of the government of President Mauricio Macri to learn about the implementation and results of the fiscal and monetary program carried out by his economic team. The objective is to be able to understand which were the most relevant inconsistencies of an economic program that, although it had the objective of correcting the great previous imbalances left by macroeconomic populism, ended abruptly with an IMF program just two and a half years after having started.
