The problems, dear Nicolas, is that the real Austrian model keeps the government out of the period of stabilization. In other words, bureaucrats must be kept very far from the economic recovering. Why? Because it’s impossible to reach each set of gear of the production’s structure. We must remember that it’s the supply that form the demand, not vice-verse… Money (internal or external) has no influence whatsoever in this process. On the contrary, it cause more disturbance as it promotes consumption vis-a-vis production..
